Description

The online HAVAN Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026 will be conducted from 12:00 – 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

HAVAN members in good standing are invited to attend this meeting.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AGENDA

  • Approval of the October 9 2025 Annual Election Meeting minutes
  • Presentation and approval of HAVAN’s Audited Financial Statements
  • Approval of the 2026-2027 auditors
  • Presentation of the BCIT Scholarships

Note that one only representative from each member company can vote/approve.

HAVAN will also be announcing the 2026 recipients of the HAVAN BCIT Scholarships to four students in the School of Construction and the Environment, sponsored in-part by Centra Cares, and funded by the HAVAN Suppliers Council Fall Classic Golf Tournament, plus the Women's Council BCIT ACE Scholarship, helping to connect high school students with the construction industry.
