Halrich did a complete basement reno (gut job right down to the studs) including a new bathroom w/ shower, as well as tearing out an old sunroom off the back of the house and rebuilding a beautiful new deck complete with new concrete pad & footings.
This was my wife and I's first experience with a major renovation, and when choosing a contractor first impressions mattered alot. Of all the contractors we pitched Halrich impressed us the most right from the start, and through the whole project from start to finish they were responsive, accurate, knowledgeable and helpful.
Their staff are incredibly good at what they do, and their ticketed sub-contractors (plumbing, electrical, etc) were top notch.
The guys at Halrich did a excellent job and my wife and I are very happy with our final outcome.
We would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and we will be definitely be using them for our next project.

We engaged Halrich to complete a significant renovation in our heritage home including removal of a chimney, several internal walls, and build of new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms including elevating ceilings and adding skylights. We needed more space and decided to move from the West End to New West, and purchased a condo that required an upgrade.
After calling around and getting quotes from different contractors for the job, we narrowed down the search and set up a meeting with Drew and Rick at Halrich.  It was refreshing meeting people who are both super talented, but also clearly love what they do. And more than that, they understood exactly what needed to be done and worked to keep budget in scope at all times.  We ended up doing a dramatic renovation of our kitchen, a bathroom, some electrical and the flooring throughout.
