Larry Clay

Larry Clay is the president of Clay Construction Inc. a luxury custom home builder specializing in building single family residences for high-end clients.  In addition, he loves building high performance buildings delivering efficient, healthy and comfortable homes. He is passionate about seeing the professionalism of builders and renovators improve in the construction industry.  Larry specifically loves promoting the HAVAN as the most credible and trustworthy voice in the Metro Vancouver area, educating builders/renovators and protecting consumers.

Previously, Clay Construction has won the Grand Georgie for Best Custom Builder in BC as well as Most Satisfied Clients of Custom Builders in BC. In addition, they have won a number of National, Provincial, and Local awards.

Nationally, he served as national president 2021/2022 for the Canadian Home Builders Association and served on the Professional Development and Net Zero committees.

Larry has earned the distinction of Master Builder through the Canadian Home Builder’s Association of BC.  He is a former teacher, and is married with 6 children.
