CMGT is a Licensed Residential Builder registered with Homeowner Protection Office. Our memberships include: Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN), Renomark, Vancouver Board of Trade, and with accreditation from the Better Business Bureau. For new home projects, National Home Warranty is our 2/5/10 insurance provider of choice. Safe work practices through strict adherence to WorkSafeBC guidelines is reflected by our zero-accident work history.
Our collection of projects and services includes custom homes, laneway homes, renovations, commercial tenant improvements, and residential/interior designs. A separate division specializing in townhouse and tower construction is on the horizon as we expand into the multi-family sector.
With over 25 years of combined formal education and experience in construction, complemented with our team of original sub trades; CMGT strives to deliver a construction / renovation experience that places time management, efficiency, attention to detail, quality, and value to every project.
