Electric Asset is a locally owned and operated company that designs and installs energy managed EV charging infrastructure for multifamily strata, commercial buildings, and public spaces. Founded in 2021, the company has completed over 200 EV charging projects and brings the technical knowledge and skills to meet a full range of EV charging needs.

What sets Electric Asset apart is its energy managed approach. The team delivers EV charging within a building's existing electrical capacity, so there is no need for an expensive CAPEX upgrade. Costly electrical peak demand charges are eliminated, and energy costs are recovered through an intelligent monitoring system.

Electric Asset offers full service turnkey solutions, from initial assessment and design through installation, commissioning, and deployment. Sanjay Maharaj, Founder and CEO — Sanjay brings over 25 years of experience in construction estimating, project management, real estate investments, and property management. He has successfully owned and operated two previous companies, delivering value to clients and shareholders, and runs Electric Asset on a foundation of honesty, ethics, and quality.
