Gaia, defines as a primordial Earth goddess in Greek myth, literally, meaning “Earth”. We, at Gaia Developments are doing our best to push the envelope towards a more sustainable home construction industry. By staying up-to-date on modern design and build techniques, Gaia is focused on continual growth towards our net-zero future. Founded by Justin Hill, the vision of Gaia Developments was created after the purchase and complete renovation of his first home in Edmonton, Alberta at 23 years old. After finding a strong passion in building out restaurants, office spaces, renovating and building new homes, Justin decided to pursue this passion to become a force within the construction industry.
