Moninder Sharma is a general contractor and construction manager that has been operating in British Columbia since 1994 and incorporated Golden Dream Homes Ltd in 2005. We have worked with our clients on a variety of different types of Buildings over the Years, including Residence & commercial Contractor, and industrial. Golden Dream has developed strong working relationships with architects, engineering firms, consultants and sub-trades across BC. Those relationships make it possible for us to offer a comprehensive range of services under a variety of different contract formats, including design / build, design, assist or construction management. We strive to provide high-quality construction for every project.

Our design work includes architectural, interior and landscape design services. We also prepare concept plans and look after every step of the building process from permitting and approvals, permitting demolition through construction, finishing and inspection to the hand over of the keys to your new custom-built home. Golden Dream Homes then provides National Home Warranty 2/5/10 Year Home Quality Assurance to ensure your complete satisfaction.
