Naikoon Contracting Ltd. was originally founded by Terry Geluch in August of 1980 in Masset, BC, on Haida Gwaii. In February 2010 it was purchased and re-launched in North Vancouver by Joe Geluch. Naikoon Continues to complete a diverse range of specialized projects all over Western Canada with a strong focus and expertise in CLT, Net Zero and Passive House which are successfully delivered through the use of BIM and Virtual Construction.

We build quality, well-built homes using sustainable construction practices. We build every home as if it was our own. Our organization has also completed a diverse range of projects including food processing facilities, airport terminals, civil works upgrades, envelope remediations, community centres, chemo labs and much more.
