Nick Bray Architecture Ltd. is a Vancouver based AIBC-registered studio that strives to deliver exciting and innovative buildings that exceed our clients’ expectations. Our progressive studio is focused on efficient and sustainable design solutions, inspired by our international experience.

We carefully listen to our clients to ensure that all their aspirations are identified and translated into unique and elegant buildings. We add value to their projects by elevating design-quality whilst always considering cost. Our background in development enables us to advise clients on the economic consequences of design decisions, as well as architectural.

Through innovation our work strives to respond to local context and environment, and improve health and wellbeing. Where possible, Passive-House techniques are utilised to create low-energy, healthy buildings which benefit from natural light, fresh air and warmth, whilst being built for longevity. Our space-efficient plans maximise municipal-bylaw allowances whilst being highly practical.
