Bathroom, kitchen and interior renovations for homeowners: layout, re-framing, finishing carpentry, and coordination of plumbing, cabinetry and tile through to completion.

- Interior finishing and carpentry -
Casings, baseboard, trim, hard edging and custom work. Stairs, skirts, blind boxes, nosing and railings. Doors, hardware and hanging. Built-ins, shelving and feature walls, shop-fabricated or built on site.

- Exterior finishing -
Hardy panel siding, corner boards, window and door installation, trim, soffit and fascia, belly bands and detail work.
Layout and framing for finishing. 

- Finishing-phase coordination -
On projects where it's needed, I coordinate the finishing phase for the general contractor — sequencing trades such as plumbing, cabinetry and painting, keeping the site clean and safe, and bringing the job to completion.
