Reid Developments serves the Greater Vancouver area with Mike Reid as the Principal Owner/Operator at the helm.  Mike and his crew have more than 30+ years of experience as a Vancouver based Licensed Residential Builder.

We are members of both the Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) and the Canadian Home Builders Association.

Mike and his team excel at residential and commercial projects of varying sizes and budgets, with each project providing our signature “Trust, Quality and Craftsmanship”.

Our team provides a daily hands-on experience, with Mike personally visiting each site everyday.  Mike and his crew of trade qualified Carpenters and Apprentices offer insight, skill and knowledge in an otherwise confusing and time consuming process.

We insist on using only experienced trades that have a proven track record with Reid Developments.  Rest assured, all our trades are insured and come with up to date WCB coverage.
