Western Craft Contracting is a custom home builder on the Sunshine Coast BC, specializing in residential custom home construction and renovations, commercial construction, and green building practices. We offer our services to clients in the Vancouver Lower Mainland, the Sea-to-Sky Corridor, the Gulf Islands, and the Sunshine Coast.

As a full service general contracting company, we have an excellent network of local trades and suppliers to make any project cost effective and timely. We work closely with our clients throughout the entire building process, from lot selection through to the completion of the project.

From the outset, we assist our clients in assembling a team, usually made up of an architect or home designer, landscape architect, and an interior designer to help our clients' visions become reality. We will also work closely with municipalities to expedite the permit process, enabling a smooth transition into building your home.

We are fully insured with Pacific Home Warranty offering the 2/5/10 Home Warranty Protection. Throughout construction, we provide our clients with an updated critical path scheduling and budget reviews on a monthly basis.
