The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Fall Classic Golf Tournament, presented by the Suppliers Council, is one of HAVAN’s most highly anticipated networking events of the year. Western Canada’s largest golf tournament is held at the prestigious Swan-e-set Bay Resort and Country Club with 288 golfers and 350+ guests attending the breakfast buffet and the dinner banquet.

Noted for the spectacular prizes, golfer gift, premiere course activities, A-list networking, on-course food trucks, and the amazing silent and live auctions in support of the HAVAN BCIT scholarships, the Fall Classic Golf Tournament is a must-be-at event!

9:30 AM - Golfer Registration opens

10:00 AM - Breakfast and networking

11:15 AM - SHOTGUN

5:00 PM - Reception, Bar opens

5:45 PM - Dinner service opens

6:45 PM - Dinner program opens

7:45 PM - Closing remarks

8:00 PM - 50/50 draw and event ends

2025 Tournament Results

The 2025 Fall Classic Golf Tournament was a huge success! 288 golfers enjoyed a classic day of networking at Swan-e-Set Bay Resort and Country Club starting with a pre-tournament breakfast compliments of White Star Property Services, carrying on across two courses packed with activities on 36 holes, followed by the reception and banquet.

Marco Ianuzzi knocked it out of the park at the LIVE auction on behalf of HAVAN’s BCIT Scholarships, sponsored in part by Centra Cares, with thanks to Dick’s Lumber and Building Supplies, Midland Appliance, and Queen Charlotte Fishing Lodge for donating the prizes!
