The online HAVAN Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 will be conducted from 12:00 – 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.

HAVAN members in good standing are invited to attend this meeting.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AGENDA

• Approval of the October 9 2024 Annual Election Meeting minutes
• Presentation and approval of HAVAN’s Audited Financial Statements
• Approval of the 2025-2026 auditors
• Presentation of the BCIT Scholarships

Note that one only representative from each member company can vote/approve.

HAVAN will also be announcing the 2025 recipients of the HAVAN BCIT Scholarships to four students in the School of Construction and the Environment, sponsored in-part by Centra Cares, and funded by the HAVAN Fall Classic Golf Tournament, plus the Women's Council BCIT ACE Scholarship, helping to connect high school students with the construction industry.
