Michelle Bastin, Senior Development Manager at StreetSide Developments, brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her deep passion for sustainability and expertise in residential multi-family development have led her to spearhead a variety of innovative projects across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Michelle is a firm advocate for making sustainable homes accessible to all, emphasizing the collective responsibility and potential to drive meaningful change in the housing sector. Emma graduated from the University of Victoria with a B.A. of Geography, majoring in Urban Development Studies and minoring in Environmental Studies. Drawing from this experience she now leads the E3 Part 9 team, working as an Energy Advisor to deliver Step Code, EnerGuide, Energy Star for New Homes, NetZero and Built Green Programs. She is passionate about energy efficiency and building better buildings. What Emma loves most about her job is the opportunity to continue learning and sharing knowledge in a rapidly changing industry.
