Description

The 2022 HAVAN Annual Election Meeting (AEM) will be conducted online again this year, in a condensed format, from 12:00 – 12:30 pm on Wednesday, October 5, 2022. This is your opportunity to vote on the proposed slate of officers and directors for 2022-2023 year, as well as staying informed on other important Association matters.

ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING AGENDA

• Election of Officers (review the proposed slate of officers)
• Approval of the April 6, 2022 Annual General Meeting minutes
• Presentation and approval of HAVAN’s Annual Report and Committee Reports 

Note that one only representative from each member company can vote/approve.
