The 2023 HAVAN Annual Election Meeting (AEM) will be conducted online again this year, from 12:00 - 12:45 pm on Wednesday, October 4, 2023. This is your opportunity to vote on the proposed slate of officers and directors for 2023-2024 year, as well as staying informed on other important Association matters.

ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING AGENDA
- Election of Officers (to be posted in September)
- April 5, 2023 Annual General Meeting minutes (to be posted in September)
- Presentation and approval of HAVAN's Annual Report and Committee Reports (to be posted prior to the AEM)

Note: that one only representative from each member company can vote/approve.
