The 2024 HAVAN Annual Election Meeting (AEM) will be conducted online from 12:00 - 12:45 pm on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. This is your opportunity to vote on the proposed slate of officers and directors for 2024-2025 year, as well as to stay informed on other important Association matters.

ANNUAL ELECTION MEETING AGENDA
- Election of Officers (to be posted in September)
- April 3, 2024, Annual General Meeting minutes (to be posted in September)
- Presentation and approval of HAVAN's Annual Report and Committee Reports (to be posted prior to the AEM)

Note: that one only representative from each member company can vote/approve.
