The 2024 virtual HAVAN Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be conducted from 12:00 – 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. 

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AGENDA

• Approval of the October 4 Annual Election Meeting minutes 
• Presentation and approval of HAVAN’s Audited Financial Statements (to be sent to members)
• Approval of the auditors
• Presentation of the BCIT Scholarships

Note that one only representative from each member company can vote/approve.

HAVAN will also be announcing the 2024 recipients of the HAVAN BCIT Scholarships to the School of Construction and the Environment, sponsored in-part by Centra Cares, and funded by the HAVAN Fall Classic Golf Tournament, plus the Women's Council BCIT ACE Scholarship Funds helping to connect high school students and the industry.
