As a member-led association featuring nine active councils and committees, comprised of industry leaders and active volunteers, HAVAN is BC’s largest homebuilders association – and the second largest in Canada – with more than 1,100 member companies and a retention rate of 90%+ year after year. 

HAVAN’s re-branded Legacy and Leadership Awards Night, and Annual Election Meeting will be an evening to celebrate the Association’s successes over the past 12 months and acknowledge the volunteers and leaders within the association whose dedication and service have been key to HAVAN's continued growth and influence.

Awards presented include the HAVAN Leadership Awards, Rooftopper Awards, Connection Awards, Membership Milestones, and Hall of Fame.

Members, the 2025-2026 Board Slate of Officers, 2025 AGM minutes and the meeting proxy form will be sent via email.
