The Legends of Housing, presented by HAVAN's Government Relations Committee, in partnership with FortisBC, is one of our signature annual events featuring three top industry influencers who are at the forefront of understanding the direct impacts affecting the day-to-day, and future trajectory of our residential housing industry.  Our well known panelists will share their experiences adapting to today's dynamic market conditions from each of their unique perspectives, examining topics ranging from COVID's continued global disruption to the push for increased housing supply, government policy, regulatory challenges, supply chain issues, affordability, emerging development players, and the homebuyer.  

In addition to discussing the challenges, opportunities, and potential paths for success in today's market, our guests will also provide their sage insights looking into the future of our industry.
