We are a fast-paced, collaborative team delivering high-level renovations, custom homes, and development projects. Our marketing department plays a critical role in brand visibility, lead generation, events, and industry positioning.

About the Role

This is not a passive “posting and scheduling” role.

This is a hands-on, highly organized, detail-driven marketing coordination position responsible for supporting and executing across events, digital marketing, social media, webinars, branding, and sales support.

You will work directly with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with design, construction, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Administrative Support

Maintain internal marketing boards (Monday.com)

Update job postings and website links

Send announcement emails

Ensure paid profiles and software accounts remain up to date

Multimedia & Photoshoot Coordination

Coordinate project photoshoots (clients, photographers, videographers, cleaners, florals, staging)

Prepare media packages and archive published features

Digital Marketing & Social Media

Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms

Schedule content in advance

Maintain Instagram grid consistency

Monitor and respond to messages and comments

Create graphics in Canva

Track analytics and growth metrics

Coordinate paid ads with external partners

Newsletter & Blog

Build and send monthly Mailchimp campaigns

Maintain automations and audience segmentation

Write and upload blog content

Ensure CRM integrations function properly

Webinars & Events

Create and manage all webinars in Zoom

Coordinate presenters and upload materials

Schedule promotional posts and reminder emails

Track registrants and maintain webinar board

Manage boardroom setup when required

Coordinate company participation in:

Home Shows

Company Events

Industry Events

Website & Branding

Upload staff bios and project photos

Maintain online profiles

Coordinate branded materials

Order business cards and install email signatures

Manage clothing inventory and staff apparel orders

Sales & CRM Support

Process new leads daily

Maintain and clean CRM

Track canvassing campaigns and QR code leads

Manage review and referral program follow-ups

Ensure marketing automations function properly


Qualifications

Required:

1–2+ years in Marketing, Events, or Communications

Valid BC Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle

Strong organizational and time management skills

Exceptional written and verbal English

Experience with Mailchimp (including automations)

Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Experience using Hootsuite or similar platform

Familiarity with Monday.com or CRM systems

Valid BC Driver’s License and personal vehicle

Ability to work full-time in office

Compensation & Benefits

Salary starting at $50,000 -$60,000, based on experience

Medical & dental benefits (50/50 split after 3 months)
