Our growing team has an immediate opening for an Outdoor Sales Representative. We are an innovative glazing company that pioneers the use of insulated glass and create high-end glazing solutions that open walls to the beauty of the outdoors.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will ensure the development of new customers, growth in the market, and the retention of existing customers. This opportunity is perfect for someone that has some knowledge of glazing industry and has the ability to hunt down new business opportunities. If you are highly motivated, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, we’d be happy to hear from you.

Primary Responsibilities 

• Engage in extensive written and verbal communication, particularly concerning building structures.
• Showcase technical proficiency, aiding in comprehending complex concepts.
• Demonstrate effective time management to navigate varying workloads and meet deadlines.
• Utilize Microsoft Word proficiently and excel in Excel.
• Display basic design skills, including familiarity with AutoCAD software at an entry level.
• Possess foundational knowledge of construction materials and building structures.

Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years experience in sales (construction and glazing experience is an asset)
• Ability to learn building code requirements for windows/doors 
• Have access to a vehicle with valid driver’s license 
• Excellent customer service skills including proactive and quality communication
• Proficient in Excel and Word 
• Computer literate in typing and navigating the internet 
• Attention to detail and a desire to learn
• Maintain good working relationships with customers, suppliers, peers, and staff
• Knowledge of reading architectural drawings considered an asset

Training will be provided.

• Dental & Medical Coverage (70/30).

• Competitive starting wage of $42,000.00 annually (Gross), plus commission.
