1908 to Net-Zero:
- The project is setting a national precedent for character and heritage home conversions by transforming a 115-year-old home in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant to full CHBA Net-Zero standards.
- This project offers a valuable case study for the industry, showing how Net-Zero targets can be achieved across a variety of building situations within a traditional construction budget
- This groundbreaking journey is documented in a compelling video series that offers fresh insights into sustainable design and gentle densification (this home is supported by CHBA National for filming and coverage).
- A one-of-a-kind project by Deep Green Developments, this initiative reimagines a century-old home into three net-zero energy dwellings, showcasing innovative low-carbon building solutions and serving as a valuable case study for future sustainable projects across Canada.
