This month’s HAVAN Builders’ Breakfast Series webinar will take a deep dive into the award-winning, Passive House+ certified custom home, Queen Mary, designed by Architrix Design Studio and built by Kingdom Builders. Khang Nguyen, Principal of Architrix, will talk in detail about this project, bringing into focus the high-performance strategies, costs, challenges and successes to get this home to its final form.

This project brings together several initiatives that not only achieve high performance but also engage methodologies and materials to ensure the home’s longevity and reduced environmental footprint, as well as meeting the clients’ vision for this custom home.  The result: a Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired home that achieved 0.2 ACH and earned a Passive House+ designation.
