Nick Petrie is a Building Designer and is part of the Business Development team for Phase One Design and is a seasoned professional with 15 years of extensive industry experience and expertise.  Nick was an active member of the City of North Vancouver’s Advisory Design Panel for 4 years and is a respected member of the Board of Directors for the BC Association Building Designers (BCABD).  He is also a member of the Homebuilders Association of Vancouver (HAVAN) Technical Committee and Government Relations committee to stay abreast of industry trends. His significant involvement in shaping the Zoning, Bylaws and Building Codes of the City of Vancouver makes him a great resource speaker for our course today.
