Doug grew up in rural Southern Ontario where his life on the family farm taught him the value of family and a hard day's work. Doug combines this work-ethic with his passion for High performance construction.

Following in his ancestor’s footsteps as master builders, Doug enjoys being hands-on throughout the construction process. With over 25 years’ experience, Doug brings a wealth of knowledge to every renovation and custom home project they build. He takes pride in being a builder of Passive and Net Zero Homes and is a member of the Home Builders' Association Vancouver (HAVAN) and participants in the Renovator’s and Custom Home Builders Council.



Scott Carpenter is Certified Engineering Technician under OACETT (Ontario Association of Certified Engineered Technologists and Technicians). He is also a member of the CSC Toronto Chapter (Construction Specifications Canada)

Scott has worked in the ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) industry for over 20 years in a variety of areas that include Technical Support, on-site training, classroom training, and sales.

His construction experience has spanned over 35 years working for various contractors and concrete supply companies that included the construction of residential structures, agricultural buildings, heavy commercial multi story buildings, power electric generating dams.

In Scott’s spare time he enjoys golfing, skiing and being an uber driver for his teenager’s hockey games across southern Ontario. Scott currently resides in the Barrie, ON area with his wife and 2 teenage kids.
